Payment must be made prior to advertisement being displayed on the Main Street Billboard.

Cancellation and Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (month or year). If canceled, the advertisement can be removed from the sign, at the time. Any unused advertisement time will not be pro-rated or any refunds given. Please contact Cox Signs to discuss any necessary changes to a service agreement.

Content and design on the billboard will be regulated by Cox Signs and may be unapproved for any reason. Prohibited content contains, but is not limited to: harassment, hate speech, controversial topics, political agendas, offensive content, fake content, impersonation, misinformation, misrepresentation, mature content, obscenities, sexually explicit, adult-themed, violence, gore, dangerous, restricted, illegal, unsafe, terroristic, poor taste, simulate or imitate any directional, warning, danger, or false information, intended or likely to be construed as giving traffic warnings. The billboard must comply with all Idaho transportation department rules and regulations and comply with all state of Idaho sign and/or advertising standards.
